Updated new proxy to fetch the logs then prompted with error

Hi All,

In our environment we are using Splunk add on for Okta to get Okta logs, we have recently changed our Proxy when we updated new proxy to fetch the logs we are prompted with the below error.

17:12:32,361 ERROR pid=15096 tid=MainThread file=okta_rest_client.py:_log_api_error:117 | Failed to connect https://***.okta.com/api/v1/events?after=tev_KzjjzvmRwqX2OMsydi2pw1528800579000&limit=1000, code=E0000029, reason="Invalid paging request."

Any suggestion or help would be really appreciated.
