Unable to initialize modular input "jmx" defined inside the app "Splunk_TA_jmx": Introspecting scheme=jmx: script running failed (exited with code 2).

Anyone aware of this error, I am trying to install JMX Addon on instance and getting this error. my java path is programfiles/java.

I tried install on standalone instance which acts as both indexer and searchhead. tried doing a fresh installation and got the following error in SplunkWeb.
