Unable to connect to JMX server from splunk addon for java management extension

i have setted the java environment correctly. both $PATH and $JAVA_HOME are accessible. i am able to connect to jmx server with same url,username,password from jconsole. but i am unable to connect from splunk addon for jmx. below thing i found from  $SPLUNK_HOME/var/log/splunk/jmx.log

Are you sure you set the environment variables for the Splunk service? How did you do that?
