URI for latest changelog

Is there a URI available for the release notes for the latest version of splunk?

For example, http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/5.0.3/ReleaseNotes/5.0.3 is the URI for the current version's changelog, however, I would like a single URI that always points at the latest version's (whatever that may be) changelog.

The URL for the latest known issues is stable: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/ReleaseNotes/Knownissues.

But the change logs are in separate topics by version, so there isn't a "latest" version of the topic that will always apply to the latest release.
