I can "save" the website; we put in the name of the website (like "Portals04"), the host, and then * for the source because it's listing each individual log file as a source.
In the field above there, where there's a filter (default of "*") listing if the sites are configured or not, it shows all the sites as unconfigured, and even though they're saved they never show as a green check and with a site name.
Hi swipkey
Try and run a search "tag=web" in the search bar and check what the host name is for the returned logs. You can also check if the field "site" is already populated. It might actually work even though the Documentation checklist if marking it red.
If site fields is not visible, try and copy what you actually see as the host field and paste that into the site setup page.
There's also some additional troubleshooting steps at the bottom of the Documentation page.
Let me know how you get along.

Thanks! I won't be with that customer again, so I will pass this link on to the person taking over for me.
In the "Configured Websites" the site matches the URL ("www.host.tld"), the Host matches the host above, and source is set to *.
The Host doesn't match in upper/lower case, however, if that can cause an issue.
