Trouble trying to integrate Dropbox for Business app to splunk

I am trying to configure a new splunk instance to connect to my Dropbox for business team. I have downloaded the app and installed via

I am having trouble when authenticating splunk with an app token and receive the error below, could anyone assist? I couldn't find the exact issue anywhere but a similar issue with another plugin seems to have been resolved with firewall settings, although the poster didn't comment on which firewall settings needed to be changed... Any help would be appreciated!!!
