Tripwire Enterprise App for Splunk Enterprise: Why are there no TA_te add-ons included in the latest 153 build of the app?

I just downloaded the latest 153 build of tripwire ent app and didn't have any appserver/addons/ in the directory. The documentation states there are addons.

I thought the same, you have to setup the app to get the folders. The doco for this app isnt very good!

Great question.

The technical addon "TA_te" is generated by the installation script in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/te/appserver/addons
It does not reside in the SPL.
