Treemap - Custom Visualization: How to specify colors?

Does anyone know how to specify colors in the Treemap - Custom Visualization app? Similar to the chart options?

is there a file to edit where red=value or somewhere i can add if/then maybe i was thinking if value = xx then color all the tiles a certain color(meaning Ticketed items devices)

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be possible without modifying the application. Treemap 1.1.1 uses a built-in palette for categorical colors and HCL interpolation between the specified minimum and maximum values for sequential colors.
