The lookup table for Splunk app does not exist when searching Hadoop

Greetings,

We are running Splunk Enterprise v6.5.3 with Hortonworks HDP v2.5. We have just installed the Splunk Add-on for Microsoft SQL Server. Now everytime I search Hadoop I am getting the following error on the splunk browser:

[myHadoopProvider] [hadoop-datanode1] The lookup table 'sqlserver_host_dbserver_lookup' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'mssql:execution:dm_exec_query_stats'.
[myHadoopProvider] [hadoop-datanode1] The lookup table 'sqlserver_host_dbserver_lookup' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'mssql:execution:dm_exec_sessions'.

How do I fix this?

I'm getting a similar error. Appears to be when a hadoop search references something in the KVSTORE.
