TA-meraki: Typo in tags.conf

In TA-meraki, there is a typo in tags.conf that prevents DHCP events from getting the dhcp tag.
[eventtype=meraki-dhcp]
network = enabled
session = enabled
dhcp = enable <-- should be dhcp = enabled
