Status History dashboard shows only 0 ms for Average Response Time

We just installed Website Monitoring App 2.7.0 in our Sandbox (Splunk Enterprise 7.0.0) for evaluation.
It appears that the App is collecting website performance data without any problem, and the Status Overview dashboard shows the latest response time, the average response time and the range of response times of all sample test websites.

However, somehow the Status History dashboard shows only the same Average Response Time (0 ms) for all three test sites, which is not consistent with the information shown from the Status Overview dashboard.
Is this a bug in this App, or is this because this particular dashboard (Status History) needs to collect more data in order to display correct ART information?
