Splunk jira - configuration

I need some support, I'm doing some tests to integrate splunk with jira
install the application https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1438/ for this integration, from the side of jira create a test account, the configuration of this account generates me a
server name as https://testsplunk4jira.atlassian.net, in the details of the application for configuring the document inputs.conf the server field
it appears as jira.example.com, I have looked for some name similar to the one described in the configuration but I can not find it, the account that I have of jira is of test,
they think they need some prepaid account to get this kind of server name, or I'm omitting some information

apart from this configuration I also configure the config.ini file with my credentials and the steps that are shown for the deployment, thanks for the support.

file inputs.conf
[jira://testsplunk4jira]
sourcetype = jira
index=jira
interval = 60
server = https://testsplunk4jira.atlassian.net
protocol = https
port = 443
jql = issueType in (epic, story)
username = username
password = password
disabled = 1
