Splunk add-on for salesforce is resulting in read time out error

While the add-on is trying to fetch the data from Salesforce resulting in the below error.

reason=HTTP Error The read operation timed out
Traceback:
cloudconnectlib.core.exceptions.HTTPError: HTTP Error The read operation timed out
