Splunk add-on for Office 365: How to import static CSV files of Office 365 logs exports

I received a dump of Office 365 Audit logs in the form of exported csv files.
I would like to ingest them using the Splunk Add-on for Office 365 and be able to use the Microsoft Office 365 App for Splunk to be able to view the dashboard/visualizations of the ingested CSV data.
How should I proceed?
