Splunk MINT: What is the correct endpoint?

Splunk mint initAndStartHEC method include server url  endpoint. 

What is this endpoint?
I use latest version of Splunk MINT and latest version (6.5.1) of Enterprise.
server address/services/collector/mint - is this the right endpoint?
please give some examples.

The URL takes the form "https://host:mPort/services/collector/mint", where host is the hostname of your Splunk Enterprise instance, and mPort is the port you defined in the Global Settings of the HTTP Event Collector data input, such as "8088".
