Splunk - LDAPs - Could Not Access the Directory Service

I have installed the Add-On For Active Directory on Linux Search Head. I'm trying to connect it to a Windows 2016 Domain Controller sitting behind a Load Balancer. Get the message below when testing the connection.

xxxxxxxxxxxdomain name: Could not access the directory service at ldaps://xxxxxxxxxxxdomain namexxxxxxx:636: 000020D6: SvcErr: DSID-031007E5, problem 5012 (DIR_ERROR), data 0

The LDAP connection for access control works fine.
