Splunk Google cloud platform add-on - Unable to see projects

When I go to create an Cloud Pub/Sub input, after I select the credentials the project list is not populated. I have checked logs for any errors related to the Google credentials but I am not seeing anything. Any ideas as to what the issue may be?
