Splunk Db connect is not picking up data

I configured a new connection on db (V3.2.0) , i was able to see logs but recently when i checked i was not able to see logs?. Could someone help me out as i am fairly new to splunk db? or could you give me a command to restart so that i can verify if logs are flowing
