Splunk DB Connect 3.1.0 always returns 0 milliseconds for column type DATE

Hi all,

I have a problem with return events from OracleDB. I have column type DATE (e.g 2020-02-21 13:00:10), but in Splunk all events is 2020-02-21 13:00:10.0 (0 miliseconds).
How to get rid of these zeros during data import. In SPL language I know how to do it.
