Splunk DB Connect 2: How do I reload data from a certain check point value (reset timestamp or rising column value)?

Hi,

Running DBX 2.0. How do I reload data from a certain check point value (reset a time stamp or rising column value). I thought I could just modify the following in inputs.conf, but it keeps getting overwritten.

tail_rising_column_checkpoint_value = 1433976020000

Is there another conf file I could use?

Thanks

Chris
