I'm setting up Splunk to work with Windows environment and installed all the proper add-ons and apps. One of the add-ons is Splunk Add-ons for Windows DNS, I'm searching through the app store but can't find it. Anyone know what's the deal with that?

You've already downloaded it...
http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/MSApp/1.1.3/MSInfra/DownloadandconfiguretheSplunkAdd-onsforWind...
"Like the Splunk Add-ons for Active Directory, the Splunk Add-ons for Windows DNS come with the Splunk App for Windows Infrastructure installation package."
it's in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/splunk_app_windows_infrastructure/appserver/addons
