Splunk App for Unix and Linux: Where are these files supposed to be and why don't we have them?

We have installed "Splunk App for Unix and Linux" according to the documentation, i.e.:
alt text

We get these errors when I try to use the app:
alt text

Where is the macros.conf for these and what generates the .csv? I have downloaded the app and TA twice from splunkbase, and the downloads do not contain them. Furthermore, SA-nix only contains one file, metadata/local.meta.default

This doesn't work: https://answers.splunk.com/answers/107416/splunk-app-for-nix-missing-dropdown-csv.html

I found the answer from @mmodestino_splunk in https://answers.splunk.com/answers/469706/splunk-app-for-unix-and-linux-unable-to-see-catego.html

SA-nix was wrong, but has now been corrected, so I downloaded today's updated version.
