Splunk App for Salesforce won't download

Did the app get taken down? It seems the app is no longer available for download.

It is not a downloadable app. It says right at the top of the app page: "Splunk App for Salesforce is only available as a service in Splunk Cloud."

this is a cloud only app and not available for download for the time being.
