Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange: Why does the Exchange Service Analyzer produce inconsistent results?
I am finding with the Exchange Service Analyzer I cannot get consistent results. I can load the page and get 100% across the board, refresh the data and it will show all red. If I drill down into the details, the results do not seem consistent with the top level data either.
Any thoughts? I like the concept, but the consistency makes this data useless right now.

Hi,
There are some bugs open on this very issue and they will be addressed in an upcoming release. Unfortunately I can't say more other than these concerns have been noted.

So, it's March 2015 now and these are still problematic. We're evaluating the application but this is bothersome to say the least.

Have you contacted Support about this issue? I don't know off the top, but I do know that these sort of issues often turn out to be environmental or setup-related. Even if it's truly a bug, we'd need more specifics to be able to troubleshoot effectively. I'd recommend filing a ticket.
