'Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange: Why are we getting error "Page Not Found!" trying to access the app?'

We are getting the error "404 Not Found" "Page not found when trying to open our "Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange". Can anyone help to resolve this issue in splunk.
