Splunk App for MS Exchange 2010

Hi! Im trying to install the App for Exchange, im using exchange 2010 sp1 (with the default installation) and already installed and my forwarder have the TA and I'm getting information in the Splunk App for Exchange but i only have internal messaging tracking working and i was wondering what else im missing on Exchange configuration or the Splunk app?? I dont have the smtp configured

If you don't have SMTP configured, you won't see inbound or outbound messages - they are delivered via SMTP.
