SNOW TA only allow to post the "short description" in Incident. Short description in SNOW is only limited to 40 characters, is there a way to include 'Description' (long description) when posting an SNOW Incident?
I haven's used Splunk_TA _Snow, but I have used custom python script for sending tickets to SNOW. We were using "additional_comments" fields for doing this. I think Splunk_TA_Snow should upport it.
