Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow: How to integrate F5 APM with SSO for authentication?

I'm trying to integrate Splunk with ServiceNow. The add-on is failing to authenticate into the ServiceNow API. The access is through the F5 APM which provides the Single Sign-On.

Did anyone do such an integration through F5 APM with SSO?

Thank you,

George

It turned out that the API has local authentication enabled by default and this is regardless of the SSO authentication on the users’ portal.

The TA worked straight away as soon as we configured the local ServiceNow credentials.
