Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX: Why can't we see data f...

We have recently installed the add on and we are seeing data coming through to Splunk for most sourcetypes mentioned in the PDF. However, we aren't seeing data for the sourcetypes for vnx:file:userQuota or vnx:file:groupQuota. How do we start to debug this?
