Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX: Why am I not getting file:client data from cifs collection?

Hoping someone can help me with this.

So everything seems to be working great as far as cifs file source is concerned, but I am not getting anything for the client performance.
I see this error message in the ta_vnx.log nothing in the splunkd.log that concerns me.

Can you confirm that you have the right permission to access client performance and there is data available for the same?
