I'm working on doing some troubleshooting as to why the Splunk Add-On is not ingesting data into our Splunk Cloud environment (version 9.0), and I noticed that we have received a warning stating that the add-on is not compatible with Python 3. We followed Splunk's documentation (Link: Splunk Documentation ) and we are still not having any success. As a side note, we were unable to locate the permission below, however I'm not 100% sure that is the entire cause:

Would the incompatibility with Python 3 be cause issues with ingesting data?
