SoS says that sideview utils are not installed and will not load the SoS app

Installed latest Sideview Utils and now SoS says that sideview utils are not installed and will not load the SoS app.

I can confirm this issue. If you have previously installed Sideview Utils (perhaps as a dependency), SoS will complain that SideView Utils are not installed. No amount of restarts will help. The solution is to modify [ui] stanza in $SPLUNKHOME/etc/apps/sideview_utils/local/app.conf to contain is_visible = true (was set to is_visible = 0). Note: setting it to is_visible = 1 didn't help, I had to use is_visible = true.
