Smart PDF Exporter for splunk when clicked manually produces half cut dashboard as pdf

I am using the latest version of Smart PDF Exporter for splunk 1.0.2
When trying to click manually, it produces half cut dashboard as pdf.
Also its cron schedule to export pdf is not working.
Pre-requisites + Settings configurations have already been done and also phaontomjs is in place.
Could any of you please suggest a solution here?
