Showing 'Payment Required' message when i login to Splunk Mobile Access server

I am using Free License splunk version.i configured Splunk Mobile access server.
But when i tried to login with the same credentials of Splunk Enterprise, i am getting 'Payment Required' message.

Splunk Mobile feature won't work for Free Licensed versions??
Can anyone help me to resolve this???

Can you configure Splunk Mobile server using the free trial license?

When i try to login in Splunk Mobile Access server (Admin login), i am getting 'Payment Required' message.

You can not configure the server using a free license (not a trial). Mobile solution won't work because it requires the ACL feature in Enterprise Edition.
