Setting up OAuth for those of us on Splunk Cloud

First of all, great work Kyle! We could really use this, however I can't get it setup because I'm on Splunk Cloud and don't have access to the server filesystem. 😞 Is there any way that the setup process could all be done within the web interface -- Similar to how the REST data input module works? The REST data input module just has you enter in all of the OAuth info in text boxes and saves that.
