I am attempting to create a playbook where I use a sha256 hash as an input parameter and submit a sample to virus total. Then I want to take that sample and create a service now ticket with the sample attached. Can anyone point me to a community playbook with this use case or give me an example or how to create a service now ticket in splunk soar as an action block ?
