Rubrik - Splunk ID errors

I've currently downloaded Rubrik Splunk Add-On and followed the guide through.
It's set up on a test instance first to make sure all is well and I'm receiving data to Splunk from Rubrik and the dashboards etc have all automatically set up and appear to showing the correct data.

I am however getting Splunk ID errors on the Rubrik side and need them solved before I can move to my production servers.
Anyone experienced this issue before or know of any easy fixes?

Hi Dale,
I am also looking for integrating splunk with rubrik. We are in 6.6 Splunk enterprise version, as far as I know this add-on is compatibe with versions 7+, is it true? Also were you able to resolve the problem you had?
