Retrieve Office365 old logs

Last 2 months we have network issue and Office365 Splunk Add-on stops collecting logs, Recently, the network issue was fixed and the new logs started to come in. Is there way we can pull the logs from the last 2 months? I believe Office365 Audit log retention is 90 days so I hop it is possible. Please help.
