Receiving error trying to do ta_browscap_express lookup?

We have been using TA-Browscap_Express for several years and just noticed recently that it no longer works.
Below is the error message we get:

Error in 'lookup' command: The lookup table 'browscap_lookup' does not exist.

This is a saved search used in one of our dashboards so I know the syntax is correct and has not changed. I checked our server to make sure the app is still in the /etc/apps/ folder and also that the browscap lookup definition is defined and that the .csv file is on the server.

We have not done any upgrades to our Splunk server and currently running version 6.1.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what we could try to get this working again?
