Rapid7 App for Splunk Enterprise: Can the app be modified to meet this requirement for installation in Splunk Cloud?

Rapid7 Integration team,

I'm trying to get your awesome app installed into our Splunk Cloud environment, however, through the cloud vetting process, we were unable to get the app installed by the Cloud support team because the "app contains functionality in rapid7/django/rapid7/views.py that allows a user to restart Splunk. This is not permitted in Cloud unless restricted to “admin” privileges."

Is it possible for you guys to modify the app to meet this requirement so that it can be approved for Splunk Cloud?

We're currently working on an application revamp which will coincide with adding support for Splunk versions >= 6.4.x. We'll make sure this suggestion is added to the requirements for that release.
