REST API Token Configuration

Hello all,

Just updated the REST API Modular app to version 1.9.8 to take advantage of the ability to pass a token for multiple requests. I know I need to update tokens.py, but Im unsure of the syntax for my situation.

Im looking to replace pass longitude & latitude values for multiple cities:

https://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/onecall?lat=$lat$&lon=$lon$&exclude={part}&appid={API key}

How would I configure the tokens.py?
