Python eating up all server memory

Recently, our on-prem deployment has been crashing, as our server's memory limit is being reached. After looking into this, I noticed that python2 and python3 are each consuming 10+ GB of RAM.

Once Splunk DB Connect is disabled, the memory is released from those two python/python3 processes. Has anyone experienced something like this before and, if so, is there anything I can do to troubleshoot which DB inputs might be causing the problem?
