Problem in getting logs from Kaspersky

Hi,

I got an error while i want to get logs from Kaspersky Console. I`ve done all the tasks to add it such as port,IP , ....

Are you getting the logs in via a Kapersky app? If so, is it possible to set the app to debug mode, or perhaps on the Kapersky side, so as to get more detailed log messages describing what component is not working?
