Password Security: Can you reset password in splunk through secret question or any other password management scenario?

I want to implement a password management scenario in my Splunk environment.
Is there a way to reset or change the password through Splunk web console? like forgot password option will redirect to secret question option and once you put correct answer you can reset the password.

It can not be done with Splunk's authentication function.

To support secret questions, we recommend using LDAP (which may require a password update system).

Note: this assumes you already have some LDAP directory in your organization which can be used as the authentication mechanism and that directory system also offers some password reset functionality.
