Palo Alto Networks XML API Add-on for Splunk: Why am I unable to get any data through the app?

Hello,

I cannot get any data from through the app.
I've tested the API key separately and it's working correctly. When I look in the app log, I have the following error message : 

GlobalConfigError: Config Not Found for Input, input_type=pan_api, input_name=Palo, config_type=account

Is anyone had a similar issue?
