Palo Alto Networks App for Splunk: Why am I unable to change credentials?

Hi,

I'm have setup a test Splunk Server and installed the Palo Alto Networks App and Add-On for Splunk. I configured the Add-on and I can see the logs arriving in real-time. But when I try to add credentials for the App (on the top-left corner "Palo Alto Networks > Configure"), I got the following error message : Fail to load configuration for add-on "Splunk_TA_paloalto".
I can't figure out what is the issue.
Do you have any idea?
