Network Toolkit: How to add newly created servers automatically to ping

Hi,

I am trying to ping servers from the app present in Heavy Forwarder, but we have more than 5000 servers so it is not feasible to add the inputs manually. If any new servers are added to the environment then it should be automatically added as a ping input.

But in our environment we are not saving any data on Heavy Forwarders. So can anyone suggest a way to automatically add the inputs to the app?
