Nest for Splunk,I cannot find Nest app for splunk

Any ideas as to how to install the nest for splunk app, if its not visable when browsing for it in splunk console?,Any Ideas as to how nest app for splunk can be installed if its not showing up when you browse for the app?

this app is compatible with Splunk version 7.3, 7.2, 7.1, 7.0, 6.6, 6.5, 6.4. If you have splunk >7.3, like 8.0.x then you cannot see it if browsing from the splunk console. There is a chance that the app is still compatible with 8.x, so download the app using the browser and install it manually.

You must also manually install an Add-on for Nest ( https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3214/ ).
