Narrow down results to free strings from AWS Billing?

I am trying to narrow down the result to just free strings:
First is LinkedAccountId=1234567890, then user:Name=STRING, and user:Name=OTHER_STRING. However, it gives me everything or nothing.

It is not clear what you need but maybe this as a search?

LinkedAccountId=1234567890, AND (user:Name=STRING OR user:Name=OTHER_STRING)
