Missing icons for Splunk App for Active Directory

I was able to install "Splunk_for_ActiveDirectory-1.2.1-172679.tgz" using the Splunk Web but icons seems to be missing in the launcher home page and from within the app. The texts are there but not the icon. I have 20 other Splunk apps and custom develop apps and i can probably upload some icons but I would like to know why it is missing right from the install?

Please update to the latest version, located here: http://apps.splunk.com/app/1059/, as this latest version addresses this issue.
